Dar Qomash is a fashion educational and commercial project with its ground floor hosting
commercial fashion retails and food and beverage facilities enclosing a large fashion
courtyard which could host any fashion exhibitions with the higher floors focusing on
educational sectors.

SUMMARY
This project masses is designed on the idea of raising the ground floor plan in order to make it elevated to be clear and visible to everyone passing through this area, moreover there was a special focus on the light design as
for the project to be eye catching in which the project facade is designed as a mix between old arch architecture and modern LED facades giving an interesting blend of
style in the building facades.
